It's funny though, because last night I dreamed I was trying to get on a plane to Italy without any shoes and we had to turn around and go back for them and I didn't think we were going to make it back on time. Oh, and you had to figure out one of those "If so and so is this old than how is so and so" problems in order to be eligible to buy a ticket. Might not be a bad idea, actually.

Help! OVERLOAD of story material. I've figured out that I will probably have to change my trilogy to a four book series! I've got a lot of story and I can't squoosh it all into three books. The problem is, I need another 'd' word for the book name. The order would go like this Dawn, Dusk, D____, Deliverance. But I can't think of one. Do you have any suggestions? I'd really like them.

Ok guys, I have a question. How interested are you in taking Creative Writing Coaching? I know someone who is thinking of going into the Coaching Arena, and is wondering how many people would really be interested, so I said I would ask around.

That sounds like an interesting thing, but I wouldn't do it myself, mostly because of stuff like availability, lack of internet, and time-wise constraints. I do think other people would find it useful though.

Anne: How about Doom, Despair, or Danger? What's the theme or general story line? That will help me think of some more. Erudessa: I would absolutely LOVE to, but I don't know if I'm quite ready to spend any money on it yet. It sounds like a great idea though.

Wow, those shoes...simply horrendous and terribly futuristic (except someone is obviously wearing them nowadays).
Do you have more information on the coaching, Erudessa?

I don't think any of those words will quite work Corissa. It was like this Dawn - she realizes what is happening and how she plays a part and briefly meets the ______ group. Dusk - Xenos increases power and we get more in depth knowledge of the ______ group, and they start their resistance _____ - The resistance is crushed in a battle and Xenos takes over the kingdom. Years go by, maybe three or four while they try and gather the resistance together again. Deliverance - The resistance meets for one last battle, there's betrayal, heart break, reunion, pain, prison break, sacrifice, major changes of heart, and then Xenos is defeated but I can't tell you how because that's one of the most important parts of the book.
That's all the basic plot line I can tell you without giving any important stuff away yet. I could make it three, but I would have to increase the length of them all, and I don't want to do that unless I can't find a new name.

Ooh, how about Darkness? That seems to fit based on what I know.

That sounds really good, Dawn, Dusk, Darkness, Deliverance. It's even in time order because of course Darkness is the next thing after Dusk. Duh! Thank you! That will be the working title. Has anyone watched that cat video I told you about?

I knew you'd like 'em. There's another called Cats Leap for Leap Year. It's mostly showing missed jumps from table to table. There's one where a cat jumps, slides across the counter and falls off the other end, taking a toaster with him! That's what I do when I need a good laugh. Watch cat videos. Hope, I got your story today. I haven't read it yet, but I'm sure I'll enjoy it. My brother is waiting with baited breath for it to come out. He loved Rose of Prophecy. OK, speaking of that, my two brothers and I won spots in a bookmark design contest held by the St. Joseph libraries and First Source banks. My younger brother and I don't know which ones of ours won since we did two each. His will either be Tales of the R.A.F. or the Wingfeather Saga, On The Edge of the Dark Sea of Darkness (hysterical, read them!). Mine will either be the Gruffalo, or a book called Wild Thing, which is about a horse and a girl. But the most exciting thing is that my older brother's bookmark was for the Rose of Prophecy. So now you'll have a published bookmark for your book! After this Thursday, you can go to any St. Joseph county library, or First Source and pick up a printed copy. We're really excited about that. Isaac figured it'd be a good pro-mo, and it looks pretty good! YAY! the weird thing is, we don't know what place we won! My older brother and I are in the high school group, and my younger brother was in the 4-6 grade group, but they didn't tell us what place we got, first, second, or third. But we'll find out at the awards ceremony on Thursday. Wow, this is long. I'd better post it before it gets any longer.

Well, I'm slowly working on editing Dawn. The third draft should be finished in a couple weeks. Visit writing challenges - contest for my story if you want to read it.

If your brother wants to suffer through the typos of the rough draft, tell him he can read it or I can e-mail it to him too and he can tell me what he thinks. Also, a bookmark for Rose of Prophecy? That is so cool! Is there a link where the contest winners will be posted or a place I could order some? Or, barring that, is there any way you could get me one or two... Also, congratulations! You'll have to tell us which ones of your bookmarks won. I love the Wingfeather Saga! Hilarious, and one of the few books which made me cry at the end. And three winners from one family...you guys must be good.

I can just let him read it on my laptop. I told him it had... "Mist bender, stable realms, mirror places, shape-shifters, wingmasters, melody realms, magic roses, and song birds..." He just stared at me like I was crazy. He likes that it takes place in the same land and that the Steig Der and Tauscher and in it. I can definitely get you some copies, a dozen or so for your friends and such. I'll bring them on Sunday. How did you get that ninja emoticon? That's cool. If you want to get them yourself, after tomorrow, the awards ceremony, any Saint Joseph County library or First Source Bank should carry them. Don't say anything about the end of Wingfeather! We're still on The Monster in the Hollows! Right after "Get The Boot". That made us laugh. Did you know they're making a Wingfeather saga animation? Go to their website, and you can read about it. It looks exciting. Speaking of books, sort of... I get to watch The Two Towers tonight! I'm so excited. I loved The Fellowship. I almost cried after Moria even though I know Gandalf didn't really die, because it was so sad to see the little hobbits crying, especially Merry and Pippin, because they seem younger, and I did cry a little when Boramir died, after repenting and trying to protect the hobbits. I can't wait!!!!!
