Picture, quotes, or lines...anything can be used as a writing prompt. And anything posted here can be used as inspiration by anyone else.

I love writing down inspiring or humorous lines I come across...the only problem is finding a book to put them in. Anyway, here are a few of my favorites. “You scared him!” “Did I? My mistake; I overestimated the bravery of the young man, I fear.” “You’re madder than the mad hatter.” “Mad hatter? You’ve read…” “No. It’s just something my sister says to me…I think it’s supposed to be an insult.” “What you say and do next is very important.” “…umm…pizza.” Oh, and then this one from Pinterest: You mean you literally held the fate of all human-kind in your hands...and you dropped it?!

Your first one strongly reminds me of something in A Reptilian Romance .

You should find a way to make those into pins and pin them because I want to pin them. And if you can't think of anywhere to put them, you could always give them to me because I can think of a million places to put them in my various stories.

Maybe I will make them into pins...or some of my lines anyway. And feel free to use or get ideas from anything in this thread. That is what it's for. I'm seriously going to see if I can use the pizza line in Scarlet Rose though.

Hahahahaha!!! 2 weeks ago this wouldn't have made any sense to me. But having finally read Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, I get it now!! Has anyone on here seen the 2010 Disney Alice in Wonderland?

The one with Johnny Depp? We've seen it. It was very...strange. And the Mad Hatter really makes you feel like you were going crazy. Sometimes, when he'd start rambling off in nonsensical phrases, we'd look at each other like 'is this supposed to be making scene'? Have you seen it? And, speaking of the Mad Hatter, has anyone seen Once Upon a Time or Once Upon a Time in Wonderland?

I like collecting random phrases that could give me ideas. Here are a few I like:
'I stared at defeat and found hope.'
Or, in contrast, 'despair after victory'.
'A great soldier. A better friend.'
'He taught his secrets to three close followers. He should have trusted only two.'
'Born in death'
'The other side of the mist.'

Yes the Johnny Depp one. Yeah the Mad hatter is kinda crazy.
No I haven't seen either, but my older sister watches OUAT and I have heard quite a bit about it!!!

"I stared at defeat and found hope." Isn't that Flint Lockwood from Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs? I'm going to use the Mad Hatter one, seriously.
I haven't seen any of these things, but I do know a little bit about OUAT. I am prejudiced against it since I heard they made Peter Pan a bad guy. (Spoiler Alert)

That might be from the movie...we have seen it, though I can't remember the line. I do get a number of lines from movies though.

This isn't an original idea, but I read it somewhere and thought it would make a good title for something: "Every single tomorrow."

Here's a line from...somewhere.
'The intersection of Nowhere and Nothing'
